by Stage Tube - 12/26/2014 As previously reported, Liza Minnelli recently announced her full recovery from her back surgery and gave a surprise performance in Hollywood earlier this month. The 68-year-old appeared on stage at Cortes Alexander's annual holiday show at Sterling's Upstairs at the Federal in Hollywood, CA, on December 22 to support her close friend. The star went on to perform a duet of 'I Love a Violin' with Alexander and received a standing ovation from the enthusiastic crowd, which included Barbra Streisand's son Jason Gould and half-sister Roslyn Kind.
