In honor of International Women’s Day, BroadwayWorld, in association with Pass the Salt Productions is thrilled to present the short musical film, ALL THE WORLD’S A STAGE. Executive producer and co-creator Sarah Bierstock joined forces with director and co-creator Desiree Abeyta to showcase an all-star Broadway cast featuring J. Max Baker (One Christmas Carol), Charl Brown (Tammy Faye), Kristy Cates (Wicked), Paige Davis (Chicago), Kim Berrios Lin (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin), Miranda Plant Byers (Love, Medea), Christiane Noll (Dear Evan Hansen),  Zal Owen (Harmony), Andrew O’Shanick (Harmony), Shina Ann Morris (Spamalot), Patrick Page (Hadestown).  The film is rounded out by an all-female powerhouse producing team of Miranda Plant Byers, Jennifer Diamond, Jennifer Piech Pasbjerg, and Danielle Lemberg (Seward and Kissel, LLP).  

The iconic West Bank Cafe and its famed downstairs venue, The Laurie Beechman Theatre, hosted a glittering gala packed with Broadway's brightest. This past Thursday at Broadway Sessions was exceptionally a?oeWickeda?? at the 5th Annual Elphaball! We added some Glinda's into the mix this year an had an absolute blast. Our iconic lineup included Eden Espinosa, Saycon Sengbloh, Cassie Okenka, Kristy Cates, and Maddy Trumble with fierce special guests; Ally Ivey, Elizabeth McMonagle, Imari Hardon and Karine Hannah. We had such a blast celebrating the past, present, & future of a show that is so near and dear to us and theatre fans everywhere!

The star-studded Broadway concert event of the summer, Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Into the Woods, is coming to the historic The Town Hall (123 W. 43rd St., between Broadway and 6th Ave.) tonight, July 8 at 7:30pm. Tickets, starting at $50, are available online at www.TheTownHall.org

A music video has been released, featuring many Broadway favorites, urging people to get out and vote. Mario Lopez and Daphne Rubin-Vega lead the performers lending their voices to the song, called Enough Already.

On Monday October 16, 16 Wicked women gathered in song in The Green Room 42. The Green Elixir Mixer was a one night only concert featuring some of the most iconic actresses to have ever played the roles of Glinda and Elphaba in Wicked. The lineup included original Broadway cast members, current cast members and so many in between.

The new Broadway musical Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is currently in performances at Broadway's Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street) and officially opens Sunday, April 23, 2017. BroadwayWorld has a sweet first look at the cast in action below!

TREASURE ISLAND ~ A NEW MUSICAL set to sail at Arkansas Rep on March 8, 2013. Featuring a book by Brett Smock and Carla Vitale and music and lyrics by Corinne Aquilina, the show is directed and choreographed by Brett Smock. As New York City celebrates the return of everyone's favorite Funny Girl, the worlds of Broadway, TV, cabaret and the recording industry came together on October 12 to salute the greatest star with the one-night-only concert 'Hello Gorgeous!
