A romantic comedy...that goes both ways. Hot Mess by Dan Rothenberg (Suburban Boy; Regretrosexual) and Colleen Crabtree (Heavy Phones; Regretrosexual), and directed by Jonathan Silverstein (tick, tick...BOOM; John & Jen; The Temperamentals), is currently playing at The Jerry Orbach Theater at The Theater Center (1627 Broadway at 50th Street) opening on November 16. The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company presents the first New York revival of John & Jen, the musical with music by Andrew Lippa, lyrics by Tom Greenwald, and a book by Greenwald and Lippa. Roundabout Theatre Company's production of Machinal, starring Rebecca Hall, written by Sophie Treadwell and directed by Lyndsey Turner, began previews on December 20, 2013 ahead of an official opening on January 16, 2014 at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway. The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company presents Marry Me A Little, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, conceived by Craig Lucas and Norman Rene, directed by Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein, starring Lauren Molina and Jason Tam. Marry Me A Little kicks off their 2012 - '13 season and will be followed by a newly revised version of the 1991 play, The Old Boy by A.R. Gurney.
