On this week's episode of Spectrum News NY1's On Stage, host Frank DiLella will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Broadway smash hit 'Network.' 

Dear Evan Hansen comes to Charlotte's Belk Theater March 19-24 as part of the 2018-2019 PNC Broadway Lights. In advance of the start of performances, the production announced today that it will host a digital ticket lottery offering fans the chance to purchase a limited number of $25 tickets available per performance.

Network will host a post-show talk back on Wednesday, March 20 following the 7pm performance in partnership with American Express. Participants include NETWORK stars Bryan Cranston (All The Way, "Breaking Bad"), Tony Goldwyn ("Scandal," Promises, Promises) and Tatiana Maslany ("Orphan Black," Mary Page Marlowe). New York Times culture reporter and author of Mad as Hell: The Making of 'Network' and the Fateful Vision of the Angriest Man in Movies Dave Itzkoff will moderate.

The National Theatre production of NETWORK, produced by David Binder, the National Theatre, Patrick Myles, David Luff, Ros Povey and Lee Menzies, will extend performances through Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street). This is the second and final extension for the limited engagement. Starring Bryan Cranston (All The Way, "Breaking Bad"), Tony Goldwyn ("Scandal," Promises, Promises) and Tatiana Maslany ("Orphan Black," Mary Page Marlowe), NETWORK officially opened to rave reviews on Thursday, December 6, 2018.

On last night's episode of 'Late Night With Seth Meyers,' Tatiana Maslany was a guest on the show. During her interview, Maslany talks about the plot of her Broadway show, 'Network,' sharing a stage with audience members, and shooting live scenes for the play every night.

The first national touring production of the 2017 Best Musical Tony Award-winner Dear Evan Hansen will return to Chicago by popular demand for a limited 12-week engagement July 7 through September 27, 2020, at Broadway In Chicago's James M. Nederlander Theatre (24 W. Randolph). Individual tickets for the Dear Evan Hansen return engagement will go on-sale to the public Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at 10 a.m. Central, and pre-sale tickets will be available starting Monday, February 18 through Broadway In Chicago's eblast and Dear Evan Hansen's social media channels.

The First National Tour of Dear Evan Hansen has broken the box office record for the highest-grossing week ever at San Francisco's Curran. For the week ending December 9, 2018, the production grossed $1.64 million despite only playing seven performances. This breaks the eight-performance week record previously set by The Book of Mormon in 2012. Dear Evan Hansen is playing at the Curran now through Sunday, December 30, 2018. The hit drama adaptation NETWORK has been picked up for an extension on Broadway. The production will now play performances through Sunday, April 28, 2019 at the Belasco Theatre.

Does anybody have a map... to Canada? Producer Stacey Mindich just announced that she will partner with Canadian producer David Mirvish to present the first international production of the Tony & Grammy Award-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen, which will play Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre beginning in March 2019. The original Broadway production team - including Tony, Grammy, and Academy Award winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (Music & Lyrics), Tony Award-winner Steven Levenson (Book), and four-time Tony Award nominee Michael Greif (Direction) - will reunite to launch this production.
