R.Evolución Latina's annual Beyond Workshop Series scheduled to begin on April 17th has moved to an online program. In light of the global response to Covid-19, RL rallied its teaching artists and creatives to take action.

R.Evolucion Latina's upcoming production, BOUNTIFUL: A Teachers Journey received a special visit from Sergio Trujillo.  

Matthew Steffens is one of the nine uniquely brilliant choreographers of BOUNTIFUL: A Teacher's Journey, R.Evolucion Latina's 2016 Choreographers Festival. He has served as the associate choreographer for the Broadway production of Doctor Zhivago and of the Off-Broadway immersive hit Queen of the Night. Matthew has performed on Broadway in Promises, Promises and Women on the Verge of A Nervous Breakdown and now he is starring in R.Evolucion Latina's (RL) new production. 

Director, choreographer and performer Luis Salgado is living his own 'Bountiful journey' as a 'latino' artist on the Broadway stage of ON YOUR FEET, working on DIRTY DANCING remake and coming on board for DAPHNE'S DIVE.

VERONICA ALVAREZ , para mi uno de los mejores talentos que tiene este pais. Yo calculo conocerla hace poco mas de 10 o 12 años, todavia recuerdo estar en la casa de una gran amiga en la playa y ver a esta niña muy suelta, cantando y bailando. Tuvimos afinidad desde el primer momento, sera que yo tambien soy una apasionada del arte. En esa epoca ella estaba por acabar el colegio, sabia muy claro que queria estudiar y ademas trabajaba durante el verano para diferentes marcas en diferentes eventos donde ya demostraba su gran capacidad para el baile y el canto.

Hoy me toca reconocer en este espacio a Vania Masias, quien este año cumple 10 años educando a traves del ARTE.

R.Evolucion Latina founder, Luis Salgado, is currently working in Peru directing a new show, while he directs another show in Atlantic City, and teaches Musical Theatre in Colombia. This busy artist has also joined the list of Broadway producers of shows such as Godspell or Peter and The Starcatcher as he plans his come back to the Great White Way stage. Luis Salgado does it again: Candela 'Fuerza Y Pasion' opened to a full house of 1,700 people who all rose to their feet to join the cast for the Peruvian National anthem as the peak catharsis moment of the show. On Friday night the production played under the stars in an arena venue specifically created for this performance at the Regatas Club and will tour to the Centro Cultural Rimac Theater space in Asia Peru for performances beginning on March 10.

'Dancing With The Stars' may have premiered at the end of March, but the real stars were not on TV; they were in a theater on 60th street for R.Evolucion Latina's Choreographers Festival.

R.Evolución Latina is sponsoring Dance Company D1 of Peru, a group of 19 dancers taken under the wing of Vania Massias, who turned down a role in Cirque du Soleil to start a dance program for 'under-served children tumbling in the streets'. Vania's selfless efforts reflect R.Evolución Latina's fundamental drive: to make a difference through the arts.
