RL's Choreographers Festival is only week away from the big opening, and we've had a busy week with the arrival of D1 Dance Company, the Pachamama Event, and the first full company rehearsal this past weekend!

Luis Salgado (Founder/Director of R.Evolucion Latina), Vania Masias (Director of D1), and the D1 dancers ran an amazing open rehearsal at Pachamama Peruvian Arts Center in Queens last Friday. Many gathered to work with R.Evolución Latina and D1 and were inspired by their story. See some breathtaking footage of D1 Dancing and the open workshop with the children here: R.Evolución Latina at Pachamama.

Our dancers have been working hard on the challenging and moving material our choreographers have put together for the festival, and this past week, they got to work with D1 for the first time! In honor of these two amazing groups coming together, we'd like to present for the first time our full cast for the 2011 Choreographers Festival!
