The Merchant of Venice 1936, Watford Palace Theatre’s ground-breaking new production of one of Shakespeare’s most enduring classics starring Tracy-Ann Oberman (EastEnders, Doctor Who, Friday Night Dinner), as Shylock, will embark on a UK tour this Autumn, beginning at the RSC’s Swan Theatre from Thursday 21 September. 

The game of Consequences - drawing an image, turning over the page to hide it and passing it on - often ends in astonishing and eye-wateringly funny results. Now inspired by this “what will happen next?” children's game, there will be a one night only fundraising gala evening at the Savoy theatre on Monday 15 May, 2023.

2022 started with the UK fighting with Covid's Omicron variant, which was not really conducive to much theatrical mingling. However, much of the theatre world ralied, as it always does, to bring us some juicy shows and sparkling performances.

Michael Frayn's multi award-winning farce, Noises Off, will head to the West End's Phoenix Theatre for a strictly limited run from 19 January to 11 March 2023 with tickets now on sale.
