Meet the Broadway bound cast of INTO THE WOODS for Summer 2022, which includes Sara Bareilles, Brian D'Arcy James, Patina Miller, Phillipa Soo, and more!

Andy Sandberg, Artistic Director and CEO of the Hermitage Artist Retreat, announced today that accomplished theater artist and director Shariffa Ali has been selected as the 2022 recipient of the Hermitage Major Theater Award (HMTA).

The Public Theater of San Antonio has announced new members to its Board of Trustees. The four new members include Kelly Archer Deary (Overland Partners Architects) who also brings experience from her time working for Disney Theatrical in New York; Brandon L. Howard CPA, PLLC (The University of Texas at San Antonio); Dacota Haselwood (Community Volunteer); and Ricardo Chavira (Actor, Selena: The Series, Desperate Housewives, Scandal).

The world premiere of comedian ANN CHUN's solo show, Asian Divorce, will open at CAVEAT NYC on JUNE 9, 2022.

The American Theatre of Actors is set to stage THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR, Shakespeare’s version of a sitcom. The show will run from June 22nd through July 3rd. Wolf Trap Opera has announced the world premiere of BORN FREE, composed by Edward W. Hardy with lyrics by American poet and writer Margaret Walker. BORN FREE, a song cycle based on four poems by Margaret Walker (Sorrow Home, Lineage, The Struggle Staggers Us and Southern Song) for soprano, violin, and piano, is a newly commissioned work by the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.
