A private industry reading of Ask, I Will Tell, a new musical by Ben Diskant, will be presented in New York City on Thursday, June 23 at 3pm. 

I Hate Memory, an anti-musical co-starring the streets of New York and the late 20th century, will have its second performance at Joe's Pub on Friday, July 8 at 9:30PM, part of an ongoing bi-monthly series and eventually an album release.

Tamika Lawrence has had a year for the record books. In addition to starring alongside Sharon D Clarke in the three-time Tony nominated revival of Caroline, Or Change, she earned her very own Drama Desk nomination for her incredible performance in Black No More. The musical, which enjoyed an acclaimed, limited run in the height of the spread of Omicron, was inspired by George S. Schuyler's Afrofuturist novel set during the Harlem Renaissance, retelling one Black man's journey colliding with truths of race and identity.

Yellow Face, directed by Telly Leung for Theatre Raleigh, blurs the lines between truth and fiction blur with hilarious and moving resulting in David Henry Hwang's unreliable memoir. Yellow Face plays June 22-July 3rd at the TR Studio Theatre, with tickets starting at $30.

Mabou Mines presents a 50th Anniversary Celebration of Work, reaching back into the company's brimming five-decade history of innovative theater as a launchpad into the next 50 years.

The Public Theater will begin performances on Tuesday, June 21 for the upcoming Free Shakespeare in the Park production of RICHARD III at The Delacorte Theater in Central Park.
