Running July 1 through 16 at The Colonial Theatre, the audience will be transported to a bustling Irish pub with a stage full of incredibly talented actors singing and playing their own instruments. 

Eric Krebs & THEATER555 will present a staged reading of Last Day by Richard Vetere. Inspired by the William Butler Yeats quote, 'The beautiful and innocent have no enemy but time.' Last Day is a vigorous exploration of love & friendship at the end of the 20th Century.

Opening tonight at Darkhorse Theater in Nashville is That Woman – The Monologue Show, which explores the stories of women who involved or rumored-to-be involved with President John F. Kennedy. Co-written by Nashville-area women playwrights and actors, it is performed by a diverse ensemble of actors who bring the women to life “in a fascinating look at a lesser-known aspect of history and a thought-provoking and entertaining evening of theatre.”

Illana Stein will direct the World Premiere of Complicity by playwright Diane Davis (HB Studios Residency Fellow; Actors Studio Playwrights and Directors Unit), presented by Eden Theater Company (Byron Anthony and Joyce Romano, Producers) at the New Ohio Theatre (154 Christopher Street Ste 1E New York, NY), September 28-October 16. 

The Peccadillo Theater Company will present Edward James Hyland and Robert Cuccioli in  Uncle Ted: Scenes from the McCarrick Report, a new play by Dan Wackerman, directed by Michael Parva with John Fitzgibbon, Daren Kelly, Robert Verlaque, Kersti Bryan, Jonathan Brody, Jim Schubin, Michael Castillejos, and more.

Join in for a Pride Month Special Event: TRUE CONFESSIONS OF THE STRAIGHT MAN This Retro 90's Farce will run June 9 - 24 at The Laurie Beechman Theatre.

1812 Productions is cooking up the world premiere of acclaimed actress and artist Bi Jean Ngo’s IN SEARCH OF THE KITCHEN GODS.  The original solo show, created by Ngo and directed by Makoto Hirano, takes audience members through a culinary journey through Ngo’s Vietnamese American identity, aided and abetted by the Kitchen Gods. Check out photos!

New Village Arts (NVA), North County's cultural hub, will produce a loving tribute to Leonard Bernstein's work as a composer. Conceived and arranged by Broadway conductor, music director and arranger Rob Fisher, Leonard Bernstein's New York features memorable songs from WEST SIDE STORY, ON THE TOWN, WONDERFUL TOWN, and many more.

New Village Arts (NVA), North County's cultural hub, returns for the second year in residence at the world-famous The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch from June 3 – August 14, 2022.

In response to the recent massacres in Buffalo and Uvalde, producer and director Charlotte Cohn will present a free one-night-only reading of Church & State, the award-winning play by Jason Odell Williams, to benefit Sandy Hook Promise, Safer Country, and the Brady Campaign.

Lincoln Center Theater/LCT3 announced today a new production of THE NOSEBLEED, written and directed by Aya Ogawa, which will begin performances Saturday, July 16 and run for six weeks only through Sunday, August 28 at the Claire Tow Theater (150 West 65 Street).  Opening night is Monday, August 1.

South Korean Television Star Oh Ji-eun visited J. Elijah Cho's 'Mr. Yunioshi.' Ms. Oh is best known to South Korean television fans for her roles in the weekend drama 'Three Brothers', the daily drama 'Smile Again', the sitcom 'Living Among the Rich, the entertainment industry satire 'The King of Dramas', and the supernatural police procedural 'Cheo Yong.' 

Arthur Giron, playwright, passed away February 2, 2022. A memorial for Giron will be taking place at the Cherry Lane Theatre, Thursday, May 26 at noon, open to the public. 

The Laurie Beechman Theatre in Times Square celebrates Pride Month with Antonia Kasper's TRUE CONFESSIONS OF THE STRAIGHT MAN. In this retro 90's farce with music, everyone thinks Todd is gay, including the girl he likes. Afraid he might jeopardize their friendship, Todd's ruse snowballs into an over-the-top mix-up of sexual preference and identities, when he gets his roommate and a drag queen involved. What happens when a straight guy pretends to be gay to get the girl?

Just last year, stage and screen legend Cloris Leachman passed away. With a career spanning more than seven decades, eight Primetime Emmy Awards, an Academy Award, a BAFTA, a Golden Globe Award, and a Daytime Emmy Award, one of her final roles is in LGBTQ drama Jump, Darling.

The show is slated to open in September 2022 and run through October 2022. The director and cast will be announced later this summer.
