Continuing the incline of his biggest hit to-date, 2x ARIA award-winning Coodjinburra artist Budjerah has teamed up with pop music triple-threat (singer/songwriter, producer, actress) YDE for a brand-new version of “Therapy” via Warner Records/Warner Music Australia. Most recently, YDE starred in WILD: A Musical Becoming alongside Idina Menzel.
The tour will feature all the players from the 1999 triple disc, including Claudia Gonson, John Woo, Sam Davol, Shirley Simms and composer Stephin Merritt, joined now by recent members Chris Ewen and Anthony Kaczynski. The Magnetic Fields will play the album as it was originally performed in the early 2000’s: in order over 2 nights.

Legendary blues guitarist Buddy Guy returns to Columbus as part of his “Damn Right Farewell” Tour, marking the last extensive touring of his celebrated career. Guy will be in concert at the Palace Theatre, 34 W. Broad St., on Wednesday, November 15, at 7:30 pm. Tom Hambridge opens.
‘Inner Essence’ live art and gallery will present ‘Gods’ an exhibition of new sculpture works by internationally acclaimed Melbourne artist Brett Ashby. To be unveiled during the coming Winter Solstice 2023 on Sunday 25th June, the 14 sculptures will be presented in the rolling hills of West Gippsland in the grounds of the beautiful Broughton Hall.
Renaissance Now Theatre & Film, led by Kathy Curtiss, specializes in freely adapting Shakespearean plays with additions of dialogue in contemporary prose. This 'now speak' is used to highlight social issues, including political and moral themes, from the viewpoint of characters in the plays.
The world premiere of a funked-up remix of Lewis Carroll's classic, Alice in Wonderland, adapted by Stockroom, opens at the Liverpool Playhouse on 4 July (press night 6 July) before transferring to the Theatre Royal Plymouth from 1 to 5 August.
Both formats of the album have been newly remastered by Brent Lambert at Carrboro, NC’s The Kitchen, and include 21 bonus tracks, including rare B-sides and 12 previously unreleased demos. Rounding out the packages are new liner notes by the Raleigh-based journalist and author David Menconi, featuring new interviews with the band.
The multi-layered production on Weatherman was handled by Kid Culture in collaboration with Eddie himself, and mixed by the legendary Mike Dean (Beyoncé, Travis Scott, The Weeknd). Eddie wrote every song alongside Kid Culture, with some co-writes including Mike Sabath and Alex Salibian [Harry Styles]. Watch the new video now!
