Grammy and Tony Award-nominated singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles and Fred Ebb Award-winning composer-lyricist Shaina Taub will make special appearances with The New York Pops, led by Music Director Steven Reineke, on Friday, November 17 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall in the orchestra's concert entitled Women of Notes: In Dedication to Female Composers and Lyricists.

The New York Pops will present its 35th Birthday Gala honoring legendary and prolific composer Alan Menken on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall.

After The New York Pops Season Opening Concert the excitement continued with Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke and guests artists Ali Ewoldt and Matt Doyle at The Pops after party. The concert celebrated the the 35th season and the centennial of the birth of the orchestra's founder Skitch Henderson.

On October 27, 2017 at 8:00PM, The New York Pops, led by Music Director Steven Reineke, will open its 35th season at Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage, with a concert celebrating the centennial of the birth of the orchestra's founder, Skitch Henderson (1918-2018). The concert will feature the full 78-piece New York Pops orchestra performing some of the greatest hits of popular song, from Tin Pan Alley to today.

The auction item was for one pianist to play at your private party. However not only did the pianist show up at the appointed time, he was joined by some of the world's greatest pianists and entertainers for the special evening.

The performance, part of Canada Mosaic (a Canada 150 Signature Project) is anchored by the World Premiere of Life of Pi-a new orchestral suite by Canadian composer Mychael Danna.

It was one of the most memorable nights of music ever heard in the Pavilion at the legendary French Woods, the French Woods Symphony Orchestra of 62 camp musicians was augmented by 15 Staff members and 15 members of The New York Pops under the baton of Maestro Steven Reineke, music director and conductor of The New York Pops.

The Houston Symphony will kick off the 2017-18 BBVA Compass POPS Series with Ella at 100, a celebration of jazz icon Ella Fitzgerald during her 100th birthday year. Led by Principal POPS Conductor Steven Reineke in the first concert of his inaugural season, the program will feature Fitzgerald favorites including 'Dream a Little Dream of Me,' 'It Don't Mean a Thing (If It Ain't Got That Swing)' and 'Summertime.'
