When Betsy Wolfe had to, unexpectedly, step out of the NEW YORK POPS UNDERGROUND gala benefit for the New York Pops PopsEd program, fellow Broadway alum Elizabeth Stanley stepped in and made a great night happen for everyone involved, from the organization planners to the patrons holding tickets.

Elizabeth Stanley will now headline The New York Pops Underground cabaret on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 54 Below. Stanley will be singing selections from Songs for a New World, Bridges of Madison County, Jagged Little Pill, Company, A Little Night Music, and more.

 The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, will open their 40th anniversary season at Carnegie Hall with The Music of Star Wars on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage.

The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, is making its debut at Radio City Music Hall on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 8:00pm, joining Father John Misty on his international tour in support of his recently released album, Chloë and the Next 20th Century, out now worldwide on Sub Pop and in Europe on Bella Union. 

For one afternoon only, a cast of Broadway performers led by acclaimed conductor, music director, orchestrator, composer, arranger, and Arts Ignite Founder, Mary-Mitchell Campbell (The Prom, Mean Girls, Company) will gather for an arts education celebration called Our Stories, Our Songs on September 18, 2022 at 3:00pm at Ramscale Studio (463 West St, New York, NY).

The New York Pops has announced artist and programming updates for its 40th anniversary season with concerts in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall. Heather Headley replacing Adrienne Warren, will now be featured in a solo concert with The New York Pops on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 8:00 p.m.

Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, will now open its 2022-23 season—its 40th anniversary—with The Music of Star Wars on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage (originally scheduled for February 10, 2023).

See the incredible Gil Gutiérrez Trio performing at the legendary Birdland Theater on June 3rd – 5th with two sets each evening at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Internationally renowned virtuoso guitarist and composer Gil Gutiérrez accompanied by David Rodriguez (Bass) and Robert Stern (violin).  

This Memorial Day Weekend, the legendary Tony Award winner Chita Rivera (The Rink, Kiss of the Spider Woman) and the Tony Award nominated song-and-dance man Tony Yazbeck (On the Town) bring Broadway to the Berkshires. 

Tickets are still available for the concert presented by The Riverside Opera Ensemble at Merkin Hall featuring Tony nominee Christiane Noll (Ragtime) and Nathan R. Matthews who is producing as well as performing in the show. 

The Toronto Symphony Orchestra celebrates the final weeks of its 2021/22 season with programs of astonishing variety. Come to hear virtuosic soloists and large orchestral works including one of the most deeply moving works of all time, Beethoven's Ninth Symphony culminating in “Ode to Joy”. Finish off the month by being swept away by the sounds of a generation, The Music of ABBA.

On April 25, 2022, The New York Pops celebrated their 39th Birthday with their yearly gala (the first since 2019), honoring Broadway legends Kristen and Bobby Lopez in: 'For The First Time In Forever: The Songs Of Kristen And Bobby Lopez!' The EGOT winning duo is known for their works on Broadway for the long-running smash hit 'The Book of Mormon' and modern Disney classics such as 'Frozen.' They recently won an Emmy for their song 'Agatha All Along' from Marvel Studios' 'Wandavison.'

Carnegie Hall today announced programming for its 2022–2023 season, including more than 150 concerts by many of the world’s leading artists and ensembles, plus a wide range of innovative education and social impact programs created by Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute, serving audiences in New York City and beyond.
