This dedicated group has entertained the LGBTQ community for decades and it is refreshing to see them live in concert at their holiday offering. GMCW has plunged ahead during this daunting era with their effective outreach and fine virtual offerings, but it was so delightful to see them live in concert once again. These grueling times demand a little lift, and this is the group that can fill the bill with top-notch musical energy.

It was another beautiful night in Andover, Kansas. The temperature was in the mid-80’s, there was a slight breeze, and not a rain cloud in sight. Many in the crowd were purchasing snacks from the food trucks parked behind the audience. Golf carts were transporting the super annuated and folx with mobility issues from the parking areas to the audience area. The VIP area was humming, and the atmosphere was super festive.

Bathtubs Over Broadway, a documentary feature about comedy writer Steve Young's quest to find all he can about the hidden world of full-throated Broadway-style musical shows about some of America's most recognizable corporations, and The Biggest Little Farm, also a documentary feature, chronicling eight years of daunting work and outsize idealism to create a farm utopia, shared the Best of Fest Award at the 25th annual Sedona International Film Festival.
