The 85th Tanglewood season will offer audiences a wide range of programs and events that spotlight favorite guest artists and repertoire, while introducing dynamic new performers, conductors, and composers, with 48 artists in their Tanglewood or BSO debuts, and works by 28 living composers, including world premieres and five BSO commissions.

Legendary singer-songwriter Ray Stevens has been revealed as a 2022 inductee into the Musicians Hall of Fame. Stevens will enter on November 22 during a formal induction ceremony at Nashville's Municipal Auditorium. He'll be inducted alongside Vince Gill, Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives, Don McClean, engineer George Massenburg and producer Jim Guercio.
The Monmouth Community Players (MCP) have announced their third annual socially distanced Fall production, titled Tales From Monmouth, Maine. The script for the show is adapted from “Beneath This Ground” by Dr. Larry Buggie, with original monologues written by MCP board member Jane Mitchell.
