HBO has announced that BD Wong, Denis O'Hare, Joel Grey and Stephen Spinella have joined the cast of Ryan Murphy's upcoming film adaptation of Larry Kramer's THE NORMAL HEART. The historic drama is scheduled to premiere on the cable network in 2014.

Manhattan Theatre Club has just announced a third and final extension for THE ASSEMBLED PARTIES, the new play by Tony Award winner Richard Greenberg, directed by MTC's award-winning artistic director Lynne Meadow. Tickets for this critically acclaimed engagement will be on sale through Sunday, July 28 at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street) starting today at noon.

THE ASSEMBLED PARTIES star Judith Light, who yesterday won her second consecutive Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play, will be featured on tomorrow's edition of 'Live with Kelly & Michael.' Signature Theatre presents The Mound Builders written byLanford Wilson and directed by Jo Bonney. The production will now play through Sunday, April 14. The production opened last night, March 17 in The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues). The Public Theater began previews for the world premiere of DETROIT '67, a Public Lab production by Dominique Morisseau, on Tuesday, February 26. Directed by Kwame Kwei-Armah, DETROIT '67 will run through Sunday, March 17 and opened last night in The Public's Shiva Theater. Additionally, the English language premiere of NEVA, written and directed by Guillermo Calderon, opened last night.
