Just announced, Broadway's final Mary Poppins Steffanie Leigh, Newsies star Stephanie Styles, Krystina Alabado, Jackie Burns, and Mara Davi will be joining Tony nominees Laura Osnes and Susan Egan and music director Benjamin Rauhala in the latest Broadway Princess Party at Feinstein's/54 Below.

Roundabout Theatre Company will conclude the world-premiere production of Jenny Rachel Weiner's Kingdom Come, directed by Kip Fagan, on Sunday, December 18. The cast features Crystal Finn (Layne), Carmen M. Herlihy (Samantha Carlin), Alex Hernandez (Dominick Aquendo), Socorro Santiago (Delores Aquendo) and Stephanie Styles (Suz) as part of Roundabout's 50th Anniversary season.

Just last night, Sarah Ruhl was honored with the 2016 Steinberg Distinguished Playwright Award  at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater. The evening featured performances of Ruhl's work by Blair Brown, Kathleen Chalfant, Maria Dizzia, Jessica Hecht, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Polly Noonan and Joseph J. Parks. In celebration of the 25th anniversary of 'Beauty and the Beast,' The Walt Disney Studios and the Film Society of Lincoln Center presented an exclusive screening of the beloved animated classic at Alice Tully Hall. It was here, in September 1991, that a work-in-progress version of 'Beauty and the Beast' was first screened at the New York Film Festival -- and received a standing ovation. This 'tale as old as time' went on to break ground as the first animated feature film to receive an Academy Award® nomination, and twenty-five years later audiences of all ages continue to fall in love with this enchanting tale, its captivating characters and unforgettable, award-winning music score and original song, 'Beauty and the Beast.'

Rehearsals begin tomorrow, Tuesday, September 13, for the world-premiere production of Kingdom Come by Jenny Rachel Weiner, directed by Kip Fagan, as part of Roundabout's 50th Anniversary Season.

The world-premiere production of Kingdom Come by Jenny Rachel Weiner will be directed by Kip Fagan, as part of Roundabout's 50th Anniversary Season, and will feature Brooke Bloom (Layne), Carmen M. Herlihy (Samantha Carlin), Alex Hernandez (Dominick Aquendo), Socorro Santiago (Delores Aquendo) and Stephanie Styles (Suz).

West Village hot spot The Beatrice Inn hosted the best of Broadway for an intimate celebration hosted by Executive Chef Angie K. Mar & Tony nominated Producer Tony Marion on Monday night.

The Chicagoland theater world showed its strength last night, when the musical productions "American Idiot," "Billy Elliot" and "Les Miserables," and plays like "Direct from Death Row the Scottsboro Boys" and "The Glass Protege," took home top honors at the sixth annual BroadwayWorld Chicago Awards Celebration, held from 7-10 pm at The Call nightclub in the Andersonville neighborhood.
