Blair Russell Productions will present a two-week workshop of Shenelle Salcido and Spencer Williams’ new musical, For Tonight.

Members of the Flora L. Thornton Opera Program will perform Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro in Pepperdine University's Smothers Theatre at Pepperdine University on Thursday, February 24 and Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at the Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts.

Paper House Productions, a London based theatre production company, is excited to announce SPOTLIGHT ON NEW MUSICALS live at The Union Theatre in London on 23rd January 2022. It will feature the original new bilingual musical FOR TONIGHT, with a cast of “The Stars of Tomorrow”.

Adjunct Professor of Theatre Dance Kelly Todd directs the all-student cast, which features Avery Beavers, Sam Brock, Skylar Brown, Lauren Burton, Penny Devlin, Lauren Drake, Matthew Dylan Hamm, Dawson Foster, Karese Frizell, Jack Gerding, Holly Jackson, Celine Kim, Alex Kolm, Bri Lawrence, Jackson Murrieta, Luke Oldroyd, Christian Romo, Hannah Sedlacek, John Silva, Maddy Sprague, Jace Vendelin, and Spencer Williams. 

A new concept album has been announced for the original new bilingual musical FOR TONIGHT, with a cast of West End musical theatre actors and a full Welsh ensemble, which will be released on all digital platforms (Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon etc) in Summer 2021.

New York Theatre Barn will host a free live stream of its award-winning New Works Series on Wednesday, March 17th, 2021 at 7PM EST, featuring excerpts from the new musicals Anjou: The Musical Horror Tale and For Tonight. The live 1-hour presentation will also feature a conversation with the writers and creative team.

The recording is inspired by America's cultural awakening at the end of the First World War one hundred years ago and the distinctly American musical styles that reflect the country's diversity. This album celebrates and reimagines popular songs of this era that remain fresh and relevant today with acclaimed musical collaborators including Rhiannon Giddens, Steep Canyon Rangers and Pokey LaFarge. The 95th Cincinnati Pops album was recorded live at Cincinnati Music Hall November 10- 12, 2017, and is being released on the Orchestra's label, Fanfare Cincinnati.

'Broken Wings' is an autobiographical tale of tragic love based on Lebanese-born poet Kahlil Gibran's 1912 masterpiece, with Book Music & Lyrics by West End star Nadim Naaman ('The Phantom of the Opera') and Music and Lyrics by Dana Al Fardan, one of the Middle East's leading contemporary composers.
