As BroadwayWorld reported earlier today, Broadway has suffered a terrible loss today with the death of Gavin Creel, who lost a battle with cancer at the age of 48. The Broadway community, Creel's friends and co-stars, have been sharing tributes to his life and legacy. 

The 12 winners of The Stage Debut Awards 2024, in partnership with ATG Entertainment, were revealed at a  London ceremony at 8 Northumberland Avenue on September 29.

JUST FOR ONE DAY – The Live Aid Musical will transfer to the West End, beginning performances at The Shaftesbury Theatre on Thursday 15 May 2025, before a Special Gala Performance on Sunday 13 July, exactly 40 years after the iconic concerts were staged in London and Philadelphia.

Second Stage Theater has announced that EMMY ROSSUM and ZOË WINTERS will star in Amy Berryman’s play, WALDEN, directed by Whitney White. WALDEN will begin previews on October 16th and will officially open on November 7th at the Tony Kiser Theater (305 West 43rd street). 

Southwark Playhouse has announced the full cast for new play ‘FOREVERLAND' written by upcoming playwright Emma Hemingford (‘Flinch') and directed by Frederick Wienand (‘Pauline' by Sophie Bentinck) which will premiere at Southwark Playhouse Borough (The Little) for a three-week run, from 2nd - 19th October 2024.
