BOB FOSSE: IT'S SHOWTIME to Be Released This Week

Vision Films Inc. presents the documentary that explores the life of one of the most recognizable names in Broadway history, 'Bob Fosse: It's Showtime!' Directed by Lucia Helenka and produced by Stephen Arnell and Julien Plante, this special presentation is a must-see for all musical lovers with its incredibly well-researched insight into the career and personal life of one of the great film and stage choreographers. After its critically acclaimed premiere on Sky Arts in the UK earlier this month, 'Bob Fosse: It's Showtime!' will be available for the first time in the United States on DVD/VOD on June 5, 2019.

The Rocky Horror Show continues to play to packed houses as it tours the length and breadth of the UK throughout 2019 featuring a wealth of star performers. More than 100,000 people have seen the show during the tour and there are no signs of this incredible cast slowing down. Strictly star Joanne Clifton, who has been delighting audiences and receiving rave reviews as Janet, will continue to don her corset and fishnets as she extends her role in the musical extravaganza for a further six months until the end of the 2019 tour. Joanne said: "I absolutely love playing Janet, so I'm delighted to continue with the show throughout the year".

Glyndebourne Festival Announces Its 2020 Season

Under the leadership of Executive Chairman Gus Christie, plans for the 86th year of the U.K.'s internationally renowned Glyndebourne Festival, which will run from May 21 through August 30, 2020, were announced last week at an event in its recently built Production Hub by Glyndebourne's new senior leadership team, Artistic Director Stephen Langridge and Managing Director Sarah Hopwood, who jointly replace the former position of General Director. The 2020 Festival will offer six major opera productions comprising captivating new productions, fresh faces and debuts, and the return of beloved Festival favorites, as well as an outstanding international roster of artists hailing from some 14 different countries that range from Australia and Russia to Finland and Croatia. All operas will feature one of Glyndebourne's two resident orchestras, the London Philharmonic Orchestra and theOrchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. Full casting details will be released in the coming months.

National Youth Theatre Announces Summer/Autumn 2019 Season

The National Youth Theatre today announces its 2019 Summer and Autumn Season which will feature an extended 7th annual REP season of three plays in London, brand new commissions staged in five cities across the UK and festival appearances at the Edinburgh Fringe, Latitude and Bradford Literature Festival. This is the first time the majority of NYT's summer / autumn season productions will be staged outside of London. Three NYT members have also been appointed as paid Centre Stage Creatives and have also been commissioned to build local NYT networks and create new work in towns around the UK.

With the critically-acclaimed Equus and The Funeral Director currently touring the UK, English Touring Theatre today announces the full tour dates for its Autumn 2019 Season. The company, in a co-production with Royal & Derngate, present the revival of August Wilson's Two Trains Running directed by the 2018 winner of the RTST Sir Peter Hall Director Award, Nancy Medina.
