Bringing the best of British theatre to cinemas across the U.S. this fall, NCM Fathom will present a series of four events from the stage of the National Theatre of Great Britain. National Theatre Live (NT Live) will launch its third season on NCM network screens with One Man, Two Guvnors on Thursday, October 20, followed by The Kitchen on Thursday, November 3; Collaborators on Thursday, December 1; and The Comedy of Errors on Thursday, March 1, with additional titles in 2012 to be announced soon. All events will begin at 7:00 p.m. local time. According to a report by Baz Bamigboye for Daily Mail, Tom Hiddleston is currently in talks to star in BBC TV'sHenry IV Parts 1 and 2. The project, which will be featured at the arts Olympiad, will be dircted by Richard Eyre.

The final season of The Bridge Project, starring Kevin Spacey in the title role of Richard III and directed by Sam Mendes, began previews at The Old Vic on June 18 and runs through September 11. The company will then embark on an international tour including the Athens & Epidaurus Festival, Spain's Centro Niemeyer, Hong Kong Arts Festival and Singapore Repertory Theatre, arriving at BAM's Harvey Theater in New York in January 2012. The National Theatre of Great Britain's production of WAR HORSE, presented by Lincoln Center Theater and the National Theatre of Great Britain in association with Bob Boyett opened last night at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65th Street) and we were there! WAR HORSE is based on the novel by Michael Morpurgo, adapted by Nick Stafford, with Handspring Puppet Company, and directed by Marianne Elliott and Tom Morris.

According to Daily Mail, Ralph Fiennes is in talks to join Daniel Craig and Judi Dench in the newest addition to the James Bond movies, BOND 23. Stage veteran Simon Russell Beale is also rumored to be joining the cast. Production for the film is set to begin in late 2011. Sam Mendes will direct the 23rd film in the Bond franchise and Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and John Logan will write the screenplay. Details on the plot of the film have not yet been released.
