With its powerful story of love, loyalty, and freedom, Show Boat is a thrilling musical spectacle that features some of the most memorable songs of the era, like Ol' Man River and Can't Help Lovin' Dat Man (of Mine). Its message of acceptance and inclusion resonates vibrantly even today.
Byron is a Senior in the BFA Musical Theater program at Pace University. In the past year, he has been cast as Al DeLuca in Pace's production of 'A Chorus Line' directed by Baayork Lee, Caiaphas in 'Jesus Christ Superstar' directed by Gina Rattan, and The Bus/The Dryer in 'Caroline, Or Change' directed by Jeanine Tesori. Byron has also performed and worked alongside well-known artists such as Michael John-LaChiusa, Warren Carlyle, Cynthia Erivo, Kenny Rogers, Darren Criss, Keala Settle, and Yolanda Adams. He would like to give a special thanks to his loving and very supportive family and friends.
Noah Mogaka joins WOMEN OF THE WINGS: A CELEBRATION OF FEMALE MUSICAL THEATRE WRITERS, set for March 2 at Feinstein's/54 Below. Noah is a NYC-based actor, originally from the small town of West Grove, PA. He moved to the city in 2014 to pursue a BFA in Musical Theatre at Pace University and is currently completing his final year in the program. Since beginning his new life in the city, he has had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of musicals, plays, and TV/film projects. He has been fortunate enough to work with the likes of Michael John LaChiusa, Alexandra Silber, Cynthia Erivo, and Graciela Daniele. He is continuously grateful for the life he gets to live and is deeply passionate about art, love, and human connection.
Savannah Frazier joins Women of the Wings: A Celebration of Female Musical Theatre Writers at Feinstein's/54 Below on March 2nd. Savannah is a graduate of AMDA NYC. Favorite credits include: Sophie/Mary Catlett understudy (AMAZING GRACE, tour and Broadway), Eve (et al) (THE APPLE TREE, Theatre Row), Laurey (OKLAHOMA!, Lyric Stage of Dallas), Alta (FROM THE FIRE by acclaimed Liz Swados, Edinburgh Fringe Festival), and Marc Antony (JULIUS CAESAR, Theatre 54).
