Wilton's Music Hall announces its sensational new season programme, jam-packed full of independent theatre productions, live music, opera and cabaret.

Manchester International Festival today announces the programme for the 2017 Festival, which takes place 29 June - 16 July this year.

Tickets are now on sale for the National Theatre's Olivier and Tony Award-winning production of THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME, adapted by Simon Stephens from Mark Haddon's best-selling book, and directed by Tony Award winner Marianne Elliott (WAR HORSE, CURIOUS INCIDENT).

Following a sell-out run in 2013, Birmingham Hippodrome has just announced the return of The National Theatre's Olivier and Tony Award-winning production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time from 3-8 July 2017.

Manchester International Festival opens at 6.30pm on Thursday 29 June with What is the City but the People? a large-scale public celebration of Manchester that sees local people walking a specially created runway in Piccadilly Gardens for audiences of thousands both live and online; followed by Manchester music legends New Order performing at Old Granada Studios in a spectacular immersive environment designed by leading artist Liam Gillick.

Director of Nuffield Southampton Theatres, Sam Hodges, today announced NST Campus' Autumn season, featuring a varied programme of high quality touring work including West End hits People, Places & Things and Hetty Feather. The season is announced as NST moves closer to the opening of NST City, their newly acquired theatre in Southampton's city centre arts venue.

Fatherland (Original Music from the Stage Show) is a collection of recordings by Underworld's Karl Hyde and producer/artist Matthew Herbert. The songs are based on extracts from the script for Fatherland, a play conceived and written in collaboration by Karl, playwright Simon Stephens (Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Punk Rock) and Frantic Assembly's Scott Graham. Premiering at Manchester International Festival this July.

Casting is set for the Los Angeles engagement of the National Theatre production of "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time" presented at Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre. The Tony Award-winning new play by Simon Stephens is adapted from Mark Haddon's best-selling novel and directed by Tony winner Marianne Elliott ("War Horse"). "Curious Incident…" previews August 2, opens August 3 and continues through September 10, 2017.

Wales Millennium Centre's poignant and powerful production of Manfred Karge's Man to Man opens in Cardiff at the Bute Theatre on September 8 - 9.

The cast for Scott Graham, Karl Hyde and Simon Stephens' new production Fatherland has today been announced. The world premiere of this intensely physical production will be performed by a 13-strong cast, transforming the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester, from 1st July.

The National Theatre's award-winning production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is now in its final four weeks, with a last performance at the Gielgud Theatre in London on Saturday 3 June 2017.   

Based on Mark Haddon's award-winning novel, Curious Incident follows fifteen year old Christopher as he strives to solve the murder case of a neighbour's beloved pet dog whilst facing the real-world challenges of living with autism.

Following a hugely successful 2016 Australian and UK tour, Frantic Assembly and State Theatre Company South Australia's critically acclaimed Things I Know To Be True returns to delight audiences in the UK from 27 September 2017.
