Broadway's Los Angeles love story PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL will launch its North American Tour in Providence, Rhode Island in October 2020, at the Providence Performing Arts Center.

The 2019 Tony Award Nominations were announced this morning, and while a select, talented few will spend the day celebrating their achievements, there are many who fell just short of a nod.

The Tony Awards Administration Committee has been meeting all year to discuss the eligibility of the 2018-19 Broadway productions all leading up to Tuesdays big announcement... the Tony nominations.

The 73rd Annual Tony Award Nominations will be announced tomorrow, April 30, from the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center. A new display has opened at Planet Hollywood Times Square (1540 Broadway) honoring the late director Garry Marshall, which features special artifacts from the original workshop of the Broadway hit PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL, now playing to sold out crowds at Broadway's Nederlander Theatre (208 W 41st Street). These artifacts include Garry Marshall's blue script binder he used on every film, his notebook from the first workshop and reading of PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL, and the original A-camera slate from the PRETTY WOMAN film, among other items. This special display will remain open until September 2019.
