Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Florida Theatrical Association and Broadway Across America announce that tickets go on sale to the general public for Disney's The Lion King at 10 a.m. Friday, December 8, 2017. Coming to Orlando as part of the 2017 2018 FAIRWINDS Broadway in Orlando season during the show's North American tour, The Lion King will appear at Dr. Phillips Center and play the Walt Disney Theater from Wednesday, February 14 Sunday, March 11, 2018. Tickets start at $35.25 and may be purchased online at drphillipscenter.org, by calling 844.513.2014 or by visiting the Dr. Phillips Center Box Office at 445 S. Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, or 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday. Online and phone ticket purchases are subject to handling fees. Disney Theatrical Productions and Miller Auditorium announced today that tickets for the West Michigan premiere engagement of Disney's The Lion King go on sale to the public this Friday, Dec.1. Disney's The Lion King will leap onto the Miller Auditorium Theatre stage on April 4, 2018 for a limited 2 week engagement through April 15.

Disney's The Lion King has set the record for the highest-grossing engagement in Syracuse theatrical history with a gross of $4.1 million. The award-winning musical entertained 53,104 theatergoers during the three-week engagement at The Landmark Theatre, which concluded on November 12.

As part of the 2017/2018 CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Hippodrome Broadway Series, Disney's The Lion King opens tonight, Thursday, November 16, at the Hippodrome Theatre for a limited engagement of four weeks through Sunday, December 10.
