Second Stage Theater to Host Fair Chance Job Fair

On Monday, June 6th, Second Stage Theater will host the Fair Chance Job Fair. Fair Chance Hiring means that employers refrain from including questions about conviction history in the application process before a job offer is made.

Signature Theatre has extended the world premiere of Samuel D. Hunter’s A Case for the Existence of God, directed by David Cromer (Tony Award-winner, The Band’s Visit) to May 29. The production, which opened on May 2, is running on The Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 W 42nd St).

Open Stage, a professional theatre company in downtown Harrisburg, and Sankofa African American Theatre Company will be bringing their co-production of Crowns, a musical by Regina Taylor, to Open Stage's Capital BlueCross Main Stage May 28 through June 26.

Samantha Williams, Paul Alexander Nolan & More to Star in LIFE AFTER at Goodman Theatre

Goodman Theatre announced casting for Life After by rising star writer/lyricist/composer Britta Johnson, directed by Annie Tippe. Leading the cast of nine is Samantha Williams as teenaged Alice—a young woman who, in search of facts, uncovers a more complicated truth as she pieces together events of the fateful night that changed her family forever.
