9x GRAMMY Award-winning singer, songwriter, musician and producer Brandi Carlile will perform a special show at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl alongside surprise guests on Saturday, October 14. The newly confirmed show adds to yet another triumphant year for Carlile, who held her once-in-a-lifetime “Echoes Through The Canyon” event this past weekend.

11x Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter and musician and Tony Award-nominee Brandy Clark will embark on her headline tour this fall including shows at Indianapolis’ The Vogue, Chicago’s Thalia Hall, Minneapolis’ Cedar Cultural Center, Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium, Portland’s Aladdin Theater, Seattle’s Washington Hall, and more.

The artistry and technique of Deeply Rooted Dance Theater is on stages across the Chicago area throughout the summer.

They are joined by previously announced three-time Tony Award-winner Patti LuPone, Sierra Boggess and Sutton Foster for this unforgettable concert program curated by Robert Longbottom and Kevin Stites and conducted by Stites.

Brandi Carlile has released her rendition of “Home” from The Wiz. The new song is the latest studio work from Carlile, whose recent producer projects include Shucked writer Brandy Clark’s new album. The Wiz is also set to make its return to Broadway in 2024 with an entirely reimagined revival. It was adapted into a film in 1978 starring Diana Ross.

The release adds to yet another landmark year for Clark, who is nominated for Best Original Score at the 76th Annual Tony Awards for Shucked, the new musical comedy she composed alongside longtime collaborator, Shane McAnally. Shucked is nominated for nine awards overall at the 2023 ceremony including Best New Musical. 

RIAA-certified Gold a cappella group Straight No Chaser announced the “Sleighin’ It Tour,” their fall 2023 run of live shows. Ranked in the top 20 of Pollstar’s “Live 75” for tours at the end of 2022, Straight No Chaser’s annual fall tours have become part of family holiday traditions throughout the United States.

Multi-GRAMMY Award winner and Songwriters Hall of Fame Honoree Jason Mraz has revealed “Pancakes & Butter,” a smooth love song and accompanying video from his upcoming eighth studio album, Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride. The track was released alongside a music video directed by Jaime Valdueza.

Cedille Records releases Malek Jandali Concertos, an album featuring violin and clarinet concertos by the Syrian American composer Malek Jandali, who has been praised for writing “heart-rending melodies, lush orchestration, clever transitions and creative textures'' (American Record Guide). The album, to be released on May 12, 2023, comprises world premiere recordings of Jandali's Concerto for Violin and Orchestra with Rachel Barton Pine and Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra with Anthony McGill, performed by the ORF Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra led by Marin Alsop, a champion of the composer's music.
