MCC Theater has announced that Miscast23 will take place at the Hammerstein Ballroom on Monday April 3, 2023. The evening will honor Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Award nominee Vanessa Williams and MCC Youth Company alumna Lianny Toval.

MCC Theater announced today their 2021 Alumni Fellows, as well as their new education initiatives, restructured for the Covid-19 era in order to continue to serve their Youth Company students throughout the pandemic and uphold their mission.

MCC Theater (Bob LuPone, Bernie Telsey, Will Cantler, Artistic Directors; Blake West, Executive Director) has announced the extension of the New York premiere of All the Natalie Portmans by C.A Johnson (MCC Theater's 2019/20 Tow Playwright in Residence) with direction by Kate Whoriskey. Previously scheduled for a limited run through March 15, All the Natalie Portmans will now play through Sunday, March 29 at the Susan & Ronald Frankel Theater at The Robert W. Wilson MCC Theater Space (511 West 52nd Street).

Written by Robert Bowie, Jr., directed by Pat Golden, and produced by Susan Conover Marinello, ONAJE will run for five performances, October 13 - 21, in New York City.

MCC THEATER (Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey, William Cantler, Artistic Directors; Blake West, Executive Director) have announced plans for its annual UnCensored, an evening of original monologues, scenes, music, and ensemble pieces written and performed by the MCC Theater Youth Company, a free, after-school program of New York City high school students interested in exploring self-expression and developing their acting and dramatic writing skills.

Friedrich Schiller's Mary Stuart opens at The Pearl Theatre Company on Sunday, April 30th and runs through Sunday, May 21st. Joanne Camp (recently seen in 'Hecuba') and Carol Schultz (recently seen in 'Measure for Measure') star and Eleanor Holdridge (The Imaginary Invalid) directs.

William Shakespeare's Measure for Measure opens at The Pearl Theatre Company on Sunday, March 5th and runs through Sunday, April 9th. Rachel Botchan (Richard III) and Sean McNall (The Gentleman Dancing Master) star and Beatrice Terry (Double Infidelity) directs.
