On Monday, July 27th, New York Theatre Barn will present NYTB @ The Duplex, the monthly cabaret series that highlights new composers, lyricists, and performers.
The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) today announces the 15 musicals that have been invited by NYMF to be presented with the 12 previously announced Next Link Project productions. NYMF will also continue its popular Dance Series with three new works still to be announced. This year's festival will be presented September 28- October 15.

The concert will take place Monday, March 23rd at 7:30pm at CAP21 located on the 6th Floor of 18 West 18th Street, NYC. Tickets are $30 and include a post-show wine reception with the writers and performers. The evening is being directed by Ryan Mekenian with musical direction by J. Oconer Navarro. Proceeds will benefit the New Works program at CAP21.

Angels, the new Broadway-bound musical about an Angel who discovers her place and purpose, presented two staged readings (3:30 & 7PM) on Tuesday, December 16th at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street). Written by the new Australian team of Ken Lai (book, music and lyrics) and Marcus Cheong (book and lyrics), the readings featured Robert Cuccioli, Jessica Grov? and Nicholas Rodriguez in the leading roles. Direction is by Rich Fowler.
