STC has named Rebecca Ende Lichtenberg as Executive Director.

Michael Cassel and Adam Kenwright, the lead producers of the new production of The Picture of Dorian Gray, starring award winning stage and screen actor Sarah Snook, have announced the launch of a £20 ticket via a digital lottery for every performance of the highly anticipated 14-week engagement at the Theatre Royal Haymarket.

Rehearsal images have been released for MACBETH starring Ralph Fiennes and Indira Varma, which opens at The Depot, Liverpool from Saturday 18 November 2023, before embarking on tour to Edinburgh, London and Washington, D.C.

Shakespeare Theatre Company has announced the location, cast, and creative team for the highly-anticipated spring production of Macbeth. They aren’t actually that in Whitney White’s concert cum critique “Macbeth in Stride” at the Shakespeare Theatre Company. But they do backup singing, some choreographed dance moves (by Raja Feather Kelly), reply and advise the lead and never quite leave the stage, itself dressed up like a spangly nightclub revue (set by Daniel Soule, lighting by Jeanette Oi-Suk Yew). In all, it seems perfect for that girl group from Detroit.

The short film stars Ralph Fiennes, Benedict Cumberbatch, Dev Patel, Ben Kingsley, and Richard Ayoade. The film is based on a beloved Roald Dahl short story about a rich man who learns about a guru who can see without using his eyes and then sets out to master the skill in order to cheat at gambling.
