As audiences prepare for Cats to leap into theaters this December, BroadwayHD, the premiere streaming service for live theater, has pulled together a playlist for the month which honors its famed composer, Andrew Lloyd Webber. The specially curated list is sure to jog your a?oememorya??, taking viewers back to some of his beloved and critically acclaimed productions.

The Old Globe's 2020 Summer Season brings to Balboa Park an extraordinarily talented group of artists who will delight audiences with their unique takes on four great works of theatre. The season incudes a classic American musical, a new adaptation of a 20th century thriller, and two of Shakespeare's masterworks on our outdoor stage.

Tony Award-winner Beth Leavel will play the iconic Miranda Priestly in the new musical, The Devil Wears Prada and the role of the wide-eyed assistant, Andy Sachs, will be played by Taylor Iman Jones (Groundhog Day, Head Over Heels). The Pre-Broadway World Premiere of the new musical will open at Broadway In Chicago's CIBC Theatre from July 13-August 15, 2021 for a limited run prior to a Broadway engagement. The production had previously been announced to play in Chicago next year at a different venue.

Tony® and Emmy Award winner Lillias White returns to Segerstrom Center for the Arts' Cabaret Series with an autobiographical show filled with musical highlights from her life and career January 23 - 25, 2020 in Samueli Theater. With her powerhouse voice and exuberant stage presence, White has won accolades for her show-stopping performances on the Broadway stage, on television and in films. The New York Times declared, 'Lillias White is a singer who makes the most challenging vocal feats look almost easy.'

The Crossing has received an extremely generous $200,000 gift from long-time friend, advocate, and supporter Thomas Kasdorf of Kalamazoo, Michigan. The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey, located in the Historic Palace Theatre in Netcong kicks off the holiday season with 'ELF The Musical' from November 29 through December 22.
