Last night Cabaret aficionados gathered at 'Clip Joint' to see and hear rare footage of performances by Mabel Mercer, Bobby Short, Polly Bergen, Edith Piaf, Blossom Dearie, and many others.
Broadway fans had plenty of reasons to celebrate this year, with dozens of shows having opened since January, hundreds of actors having made their debuts, and many more having returned to the stage for critically acclaimed performances. Not all news was good though, as we also suffered a loss of an incredible amount of talent.

The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts held auditions on Thursday, October 9 for a Central Florida-based singer between the ages of 9-14 with the goal of finding one girl to perform in Broadway & Beyond at the Walt Disney Theater on November 15.
