The Northern Comedy Theatre to Present DOING SHAKESPEARE

Following a two-week London run, Doing Shakespeare goes on tour to venues across the UK. Doing Shakespeare follows fictional company of actors as they agree to stage a Shakespeare play but don't think to agree on which one should be (or not to be) before chaos ensues.

Wakefield Idol is a singing competition featuring local residents vying to win a $1500 cash prize. Contestants sing karaoke-style for the audience and judges, who decide who continues in the competition. There are twelve weeks of competition on Thursdays starting January 27 and all leading up to the finals on April 14, in which the audience votes for the winner.
