Hit Marvel animated series 'Ultimate Spider-Man' thwips into season two with a special one-hour primetime premiere on MONDAY, JANUARY 21 (7:00 - 8:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney XD, it was announced today by David Levine, Vice President and General Manager, Disney XD Worldwide and Jeph Loeb, Executive Vice President, Marvel Television. The thrilling two part premiere introduces fans to two of Spider-Man's most iconic villains - the Lizard (voiced by Dee Bradley Baker of Disney's 'Phineas and Ferb') and Electro. As Spidey and his team - Nova, White Tiger, Iron Fist and Power Man - battle these menacing super villains, a sinister force is secretly assembling to try and spell their defeat. New episodes of Marvel's 'Ultimate Spider-Man' will premiere Sundays at 11:00 a.m., ET/PT on Marvel Universe on Disney XD.
Legendary performer Diana Ross, Smash star Megan Hilty, chart-topping recording star Demi Lovato, The Voice favorite Chris Mann and American Idol winner Scotty McCreery are set to ring in the holiday season as they come together in the nation's capital for TNT's annual CHRISTMAS IN WASHINGTON special. In addition, the concert will close with a special performance by 'Gangnam Style' sensation PSY.

Denver Comic Con has announced that Guest of Honor Stan Lee will also be joined by fan favorite Wil Wheaton and some of his fellow cast members, Robin Thorsen and Sandeep Parikh, from the highly successful internet sensation, The Guild. Also included in the preliminary guest announcements are voice and sci-fi actress, Kelly Hu known best for her work in X-Men X-2, and Peter Mayhew from the original Star Wars trilogy. The three-day event will feature a legion of celebrated comic book artists including Phil Jimenez, Paul Ryan, Herb Trimpe, Georges Jeanty, Rebekah Isaacs, Allen Bellman, Moritat, and Zombie King Arthur Suydam. Executive Director Walter Stearns announced today that he will launch a subscription series at the Mercury Theater including four full productions, which will transform the Mercury into the largest producer of musicals in the city of Chicago; employing almost one hundred theater professionals. Plans are to produce Rogers and Hammerstein's A GRAND NIGHT FOR SINGING which features songs such as 'Oh What a Beautiful Mornin', 'Some Enchanted Evening' and 'If I Loved You' in January. In March, the Mercury will stage a revival of BARNUM, the Cy Coleman circus musical centered around legendary showman P.T. Barnum, complete with professional circus performers. August brings the regional premiere of THE COLOR PURPLE, the Broadway hit based on the Pulitzer Prize winning novel and subsequent Steven Spielberg film. The season concludes with the return voyage of the popular holiday musical,THE CHRISTMAS SCHOONER. Single tickets are available for $29 and up, and 3 show subscription packages start as low as $80.
