Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director/CEO) has announced the cast joining Olivier Award winner Sharon D Clarke in the new Broadway production of Tony Kushner & Jeanine Tesori's Caroline, or Change.

In the town of Slurry, New York, post-war recession has bitten. Claire Zachanassian, improbably beautiful and impenetrably terrifying, returns to her hometown as the world's richest woman. The locals hope her arrival signals a change in their fortunes, but they soon realise that prosperity will only come at a terrible price.

The producers of Billy Elliot the Musical have today confirmed that unfortunately due to personal circumstances Kelley Abbey is unable to continue in her role as Mrs Wilkinson and has had to withdraw from the production.

The box office for the highly anticipated Broadway production of Matthew Lopez' epic two-part play, THE INHERITANCE, opens today, Monday, August 19 at 10:00am at the Ethel Barrymore Theater (243 West 47th street).

The Old Vic today announces casting for Lucy Prebble's new play A Very Expensive Poison, based on the book by Luke Harding and directed by John Crowley.
