Kathy Garver, who played the iconic role of “Cissy” on one of the most popular TV sitcoms of all time, 'Family Affair,” is returning to star in the upcoming new series “Aunt Cissy.”  The series has finished principle filming and is in its final days of post-production.  The date for the premiere of the pilot has been set for April 2020, says producer and creator Scott Travis of Travis Hunt Productions.

Indoor Boys, the critically acclaimed and award-winning web series written and directed by and starring Alex Wyse and Wesley Taylor, has been nominated for fifteen 2020 Indie Series Awards, the most of any series this year, including Best Comedy Series and Best Ensemble.

The star-studded 20th Annual Emmys Golf Classic raised over $300,000 for the Television Academy Foundation. Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the nonprofit Foundation's renowned educational programs.

Last week, the cast of forthcoming web series,  Aunt Cissy came together for a theatrical table read.  The cast read the entire first season episodes of the series to an invited industry guest list.  The reading was held at The Loft Ensemble in North Hollywood, CA. 

The winners of the 10th Annual Indie Series Awards were revealed on Wednesday, April 3 at The Colony Theatre in Burbank. The ISAs celebrate the best in independently produced entertainment created for the Web.

It is the first film festival of it's kind to bring together & highlight women of multiple industries. RAF's goal is to showcase to the world that women deserve equal treatment & that they can accomplish amazing feats when they are supported & thus are 'Rising Above.'

The Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters will present its annual Celebrity Benefit on August 25th starring Grammy-winner Steve Tyrell and hosted by actress Sarah Drew. Guest will be treated to an evening of fine art and a red-carpet brimming with the stars of film and television. But there is no doubt the real star of the evening will be a special performance of this summer's popular Pageant of the Masters, 'Under the Sun.' Proceeds will support the Building Fund for renovations of the Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters' facility.

The Indie Award-winning series "Indoor Boys" created, directed, and starring Broadway's Wesley Taylor (SpongeBob SquarePants; NBC's "SMASH") and Alex Wyse (Spring Awakening; Marvel's "Iron Fist") recently celebrated the launch of its second season. With a total of eight new chapters, Season Two premiered June 25, 2018 with two episodes released each Monday for 4 weeks through July. The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) today announced the winners of the 45th Annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. The gala was held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Southern California.

The ceremony will be held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Sunday, April 29, 2018 hosted by Mario Lopez, host and star of the Emmy award-winning syndicated entertainment news show, Extra, and Sheryl Underwood, one of the hosts of the Emmy award-winning, CBS Daytime program, The Talk. The Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards will also be held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Friday, April 27, 2018. The 45th Annual Daytime Emmy Award Nominations were revealed today on the Emmy Award-winning show, The Talk, on CBS.

Television and film star Patrika Darbo will host the 9th Annual Indie Series Awards  ceremony on April 4 at The Colony Theatre in Burbank. CA, producers Roger Newcomb, Kevin Mulcahy Jr. and Susan Bernhardt revealed today.  

On Jan 10th 2018, The Hollywood Museum turned Hollywood into Gotham City, as they projected the iconic Bat Signal on the side of the historic Max Factor building, at a VIP unveiling gala for HOLY HOLLYWOOD HISTORY! BATMAN '66, with special appearances by the show's cast members and other stars in attendance.

Animal-loving celebrities turned out Saturday, December 2nd in Beverly Hills for NapaWood, showing their support for Jameson Animal Rescue Ranch (JARR), a 501c3 based in the Napa Valley. The organization had recently endured through the North Bay fires rescuing and evacuating animals, supplying food and temporary shelter to displaced animals, and funding veterinary care.

Indoor Boys is a new web series (comedy/LGBT) created by and starring Wesley Taylor ('Smash'/'The Good Wife'/Broadway's The Addams Family) and Alex Wyse ('Marvel's Iron Fist'/'Masters of Sex'/Broadway's Spring Awakening).
