A Valentine's Day treat of short plays centered around love opens Feb 14 for a limited run at Little Fish Theatre. Loves Me/Loves Me Not features staged readings of six plays from two internationally-produced playwrights, directed and performed by Little Fish Theatre company members.

It's all for one, and one for all, as Palos Verdes Performing Arts presents the West Coast premiere of Catherine Bush's humorous and witty adaptation of the epic novel by Alexandre Dumas, 'The Three Musketeers.' The exclusive engagement at the Norris Theatre on the Palos Verdes Peninsula runs January 25 through February 3. Filled with adventure, romance, intrigue and swashbuckling swordplay, the play transports the audience to 17th Century France on a thrilling journey with the three heroes as they fight against the dishonest and seek to protect the ones they love.

In celebration of the bicentennial of the publication of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, Little Fish Theatre presents Bloody Poetry by Howard Brenton. Opening September 27 at Little Fish Theatre and directed by Ovation Award winner and Little Fish Theatre Artistic Associate Stephanie Coltrin, Bloody Poetry plunges into the bohemian lives of Lord Byron, his mistress, and the Shelleys, and enables the audience to enter their summer Villa - a place where the poets take refuge from the upheaval of their country and turn creative writing into a collective practice of subversive intent and revolutionary ambition.

Shakespeare by the Sea announces productions, cast and creatives for its 21st Season. Beginning at the seaside Pt. Adjoining balconies set the scene in Little Fish Theatre's first midweek show of its 2018 season. Written by Emmy Award-nominated television writer Wil Calhoun and directed by Little Fish Theatre Company Member Bill Wolski, The Balcony Scene places two decidedly different people on touching terraces and sets them on an unexpected collision course to romance.

The time: 1946. The place, Berlin, Germany. Esteemed German conductor Wilhelm Furtwangler, who refused to leave his post as head of the Berlin Philharmonic, despite his refusal to acknowledge the vicious Hitler regime, is interrogated by an American de-Nazification officer, who believes Furtwangler was protecting a hidden loyalty to the Third Reich.
