At the end of “Snowpiercer” season two, Layton (Diggs) and Ruth (Wright), who were banished to Big Alice’s compost car, plotted to take back Snowpiercer.

TNT announced today that, in an effort to give viewers more compelling original content at a faster pace, the network is moving its highly anticipated post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller up to Sunday, May 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

WarnerMedia has ordered a second season of its post-apocalyptic sci-fi series Snowpiercer prior to its series premiere. Based on the acclaimed film of the same name, the highly anticipated futuristic thriller will debut next year on TBS.
