An additional and final week of performances has been added to the Australian premiere season of the Broadway smash hit THE PROM, now playing at Teatro at the Italian Forum in Leichhardt, Sydney

THE PROM, the hilarious new musical with a heartwarming outcome from Matthew Sklar (Music), Chad Beguelin (Lyrics and Book) and Bob Martin (Book), finally arrives in Australia, premiering at the new Teatro At The Italian Forum Theatre in Leichhardt. 

TEATRO will present the Australian premiere of THE PROM beginning in March 2026, and newly released video highlights offer a first look at the production in performance.

Irving Berlin’s (Music and Lyrics) feel-good film is given a stage musical makeover with HOLIDAY INN.

I once asked a friend for recommendations of good musicals, and they suggested SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL. Having finally had the chance to see it thanks to HAMA Productions' I can readily see why my friend answered so quickly, and Seussical immediately becomes one of my favourites on the back of a wonderful retelling with top quality cast and staging.

Based on the hit 1980 film and the television series it spawned, FAME: THE MUSICAL has burst into Crown Theatre to tell the story of a group of aspiring performers. This production bills itself as being by Western Australians, for Western Australians, and in doing so shows that WA is indeed home to many talented performers and creatives. Read our critic's review.
