Five-time Emmy Award-nominated actor Alan Cumming has signed a producer first-look deal with NBCUniversal. The deal is inclusive of both scripted and unscripted content and spans the breadth of NBCUniversal’s portfolio of brands. Cumming is currently the host and producer of Peacock’s hit cultural phenomenon The Traitors, the #1 unscripted series.

It has been announced that Sir Ian McKellen will not return to Player Kings at the Noel Coward Theatre in London after he suffered a fall during a performance earlier this week.

To celebrate its 150th anniversary, the Criterion Theatre will host a special gala performance on 24 June 2024 at the historic venue in the heart of London’s West End. Directed by Michael Fentiman, the gala will be hosted by Stephen Fry, celebrating the theatre’s rich history featuring songs, sketches and scenes from the last 150 years.

So it may have come as a shock to some that his witty play PRIVATE LIVES, now playing at Irish Classical Theatre, makes it clear that his upper crust characters certainly  do NOT always behave with the best possible manners. Therein lies the crux of the comedy that audiences love, in part, thanks to the bad behavior of his cast
