The Family Theatre Company’s THE MUSIC MAN Extends Through 8/26 at Westchester Broadway Theatre

When fast-talking traveling salesman Harold Hill comes marching into town, you know there's going to be trouble right here in River City. His goal is to con the good townspeople out of their money, but Marian the Librarian has other plans. This wonderful slice of Americana will leave your entire family humming such familiar tunes as "Seventy-Six Trombones, "Gary, Indiana," and "'Till There Was You."

The Theatre Museum Awards for Excellence were held Monday night, April 30, at The Players Club. Helen Guditis, President of The Theatre Museum, five time Tony winner Stewart F. Lane, Chairman of the Board of The Theatre Museum and 2011 Honoree for Distinguished Service to the Theatre, Bonnie Comley hosted a celebration to honor excellence in the theatre. The Theatre Museum Gala Honors Stagedoor Manor with Star Alumni Appearances, 4/23

Since 1976, young artists have flocked to Stagedoor Manor to pursue their dreams of performing. And on Monday, April 30, 2012, some of the Manor's best and brightest will pay tribute to their alma mater as it receives the prestigious Theatre Arts Education Award at the 2012 Theatre Museum Awards Gala Celebration. Stagedoor Manor to Kick Off 2011 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

A group of 140 Stagedoor Manor students from all over the world will sing and dance the opening number for this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade®. The number - an all-new original song written specifically for the event - will be a special celebration of the famed Parade's landmark 85th Anniversary. Following the opening, the students will then make their way to the top of the Parade route and march the entire length of the Parade, eventually escorting Santa Claus into Herald Square for the NBC national telecast's finale. This year's appearance will mark Stagedoor Manor's third consecutive Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade performance.
