The Old Globe announces the full cast and creative team of Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas! Directed by James Vásquez and featuring Andrew Polec as The Grinch.

“Angel of Arkansas,” a new show by Richard Oberacker and Robert Taylor, creators of Broadway’s Tony Award-winning musical “Bandstand,” will receive a premiere concert-style presentation at Notoriety Live in the 175-seat Renkus-Heinz Theatre on Sunday, Jan. 30, at 2 p.m.

In fact, the show based on the music by Swedish pop group ABBA, has become so popular that the only continent where a regional or touring production has not occurred is Antarctica, and the show has set the record for premiering in more cities faster than any other musical in history. And after seeing the current 3-D Theatricals production, it's easy to see why audiences continue to fill theaters to experience the fun, spectacle, great music, and overall happy atmosphere generated by this feel-good musical.

The 2008 Tony and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical In The Heights welcomed platinum recording artist and 2007 'American Idol' winner Jordin Sparks on August 19th, making her Broadway debut as Nina Rosario at Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street). Sparks will play a limited 12 week engagement through Sunday, November 14, 2010. Broadwayworld.com as confirmed that Jordin Sparks is expected to return to Broadway's IN THE HEIGHTS on September 2. As reported previously, Sparks suffered a hip injury during Act 1 of the August 28 performance and has been sitting out since.
