The cast of the new Broadway production of Company will present a benefit concert for Darkness RISING on Monday, September 20 at 7 PM ET at Birdland Jazz Club (315 West 44th Street).

The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, paid tribute to Nat King Cole's centennial with Unforgettable: Celebrating Nat King Cole and Friends on Friday, February 8 at Carnegie Hall.

In honor of Nat King Cole and the musical monarch's centennial The New York Pops will perform all the songs that made us fall in L-O-V-E with Nat King Cole at tonight's concert. Abingdon Theatre Company held their special one-night-only gala event on Monday, October 22 at The Edison Ballroom. The evening, honoring two-time Tony Award winner Donna Murphy (Hello, Dolly!; Passion; Wonderful Town), was hosted by Randy Rainbow.

The concert featured Michael Arden(Ragtime, Hunchback of Notre Dame), Sierra Boggess (The Secret Garden), Carolee Carmello(Broadway Classics 2013), Allan Corduner (Titanic), Quentin Earl Darrington (The Secret Garden), Ramin Karimloo (Parade, The Secret Garden), Norm Lewis (Ragtime), Laura Osnes (Crazy For You), Lea Salonga (Ragtime), Ryan Silverman (Titanic), and Tony Yazbeck (Crazy For You).

Following on her acclaimed, Tony-nominated performance in Fun Home, Sydney Lucas is tackling her next musical role as a teenage girl with severe autism. Indigo is a musical exploration of how one family attempts to break through autism's challenging veil and in the process, learns how to listen to one another.

MONDAY, JANUARY 23 at 7:00PM, the Tenants' Action Group (TAG) of 711 West End Avenue presents a special evening showcasing Upper West Side musical talent. All of the participating artists are present and former Upper West Side or 711 West End Avenue residents, who have collaborated to produce a program of repertoire with special meaning for their lives. The first half of the concert will feature classical selections performed by pianists Warren Jones, Margaret Kampmeier and Erika Nickrenz, cellist Sara Sant'Ambrogio, guitarist Andrew Schulman and former 711 West End Resident, flutist Eugenia Zukerman. The second half of the program is devoted to Broadway and cabaret with vocal selections from Britt Swanson Cryer, David Cryer, Gretchen Cryer, Nikki Renee Daniels, Anita Gillette, Jeff Kready, Quinn Lemley, Heather Mac Rae and Howard McGillin supported by pianist Nancy Ford and bassist Sean Smith. They will announce the program from the stage - along with the corresponding stories. Benefit tickets are priced at $75 (premium seating) and $50, and include a meet-the-artists' reception following the performance.
