While the horrific stories continue to emerge from Haiti, the world at large has taken notice-including the East End. This past weekend, nearly three hundred people came out to take part in the Hamptons for Haiti Benefit, held on Saturday night at Bay Street.

If you think standing room only audiences make Bay Street Theatre a success, think again. Bay Street is proud of its critically acclaimed theatrical productions, award-winning education programs, classic film nights, music and comedy nights; however, its future and lifeline are now in the hands of the East End community.

Summer is in full swing and Bay Street Theatre is proud to present the already popular new addition to its' educational programming line-up, a two-week long Performing Arts Camp, where kids will learn to write and star in their very own mini-musical! This summer's session will be taught by Bay Street professionals, but will take place at the Hampton Country Day Camp, located at 175 Daniels Hole Rd in Wainscott.

Spring has sprung and Bay Street Theatre is proud to announce its' star-filled summer line-up, with celebrities and productions to suit a variety of tastes. From New York City witches to a dinner party from hell, from Dames at Sea to the musical talents of Michael Feinstein and Betty Buckley on shore-the Bay Street stage promises to be aglow in summer fun.

Bay Street Theatre is thrilled to announce their exciting line-up for the cold winter months ahead. The schedule will include the return of some of the fun programming that the community has come to know and love, as well as some brand new series and ?Economy Buster' events for the entire East End to enjoy-and at rates that won't break the bank.

They came from around the corner and as far away as London, Italy and New Zealand to pay tribute to a legend of film and stage and a good friend and neighbor, Roy Scheider.

The Readings at Bay Street Theatre 2007 series will begin Saturday, April 7 at 3 pm with two plays, 365 Days/365 Plays, by Suzan-Lori Parks and directed by Tom Caruso and Save Me, by Stefanie Zadravec, also directed by Tom Caruso.

Bay Street Theatre's 2007 Winter Benefit was held at The Rainbow Room at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan on Monday, February 26 at 6:30 p.m.
