James Marais and Monique Cassells' new oldies tribute show, “Back To The Seventies – '70s Tribute”  features memorable songs by great artists from the diverse decade of the 1970s. 

The Book of Mormon, the smash-hit musical written by Trey Parker, Matt Stone and Robert Lopez, resumes its UK and European Tour at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff on 12 October 2021, and will return to the Prince of Wales Theatre in London to continue its seven year sold out run from 15 November 2021.

An exclusive, free-to-attend rehearsed reading of new play, 'One Night with Marilyn' by PT Rose on 26th September 2021 is taking place at The Drayton Arms Theatre, London from 2:30 pm.

Celebrities  Laura San Giacomo, Shola Adewusi, Gary Cole, Robert Funaro, Jennifer Freeman, and Roger Guenveur Smith  to star in a live benefit performance of “ Based On A True Story: 6 Short Plays .”

The festival will be presented on Governors Island multiple times each day from 11:30 am-4:30 pm. The festival will perform at various places across the island, using the local environments and sounds of the park.

Stockard Channing and Rebecca Night will perform in the Pulitzer Prize-winning 'night, Mother by Marsha Norman.  This astonishing play, which had its UK premiere at Hampstead Theatre in 1985, will be directed by the theatre's Artistic Director, Roxana Silbert.  'night, Mother will run from 22 October until 4 December 2021.

Running for three exclusive performances at Above the Stag as part of the NOT THE EDINBURGH FRINGE FESTIVAL, images of the opening night on Thursday 20th August have been released. 

Founding Artistic Director Akia Squitieri announced today that Rising Sun Performance Company will be presenting a rotation of children’s plays to be performed in person outdoors on Governors Island for two days August 21st & 22nd.

Festivities in Vernon Park begin at 5:30pm each evening with a fair including interactive art installations, games, resource tables, a mutual aid station, reunion photo booth, drumming, and more. The evening culminates with an original 30-minute play at 7pm that refracts Shakespeare's PERICLES through a poetic story which centers Black Germantown and the community's fight against gentrification. This event is free and open to the public.

  Lucy Black, Kulvinder Ghir, Adam James, Lizzy McInnerny, Carolina Main and Laura Rogers will perform in this poignant and painfully funny comedy about conflicting memories, life and loss, which received its world premiere at the theatre in 1996. 

Twainfest will take place on Saturday, August 21st from 11am - 6pm. This year, Write Out Loud's Twainfest takes place in the brand new location of Heritage County Park.

This summer, Shakespeare in Clark Park is thrilled to bring live theater back to not one, but three parks! August 28 & 29 will be the Germantown production, Germantown Plays Pericles.
