CCAE Theatricals, the new in-house theatrical arm of the California Center for the Arts, Escondido, has announced its 2022/23 season, featuring 3 Main Stage musicals, 2 Concert Productions and a developmental reading.

One of Philadelphia's largest and longest running fall festivals is back! Morgan's Pier Fall Fest returns to the Philadelphia waterfront from Thursday, September 22 to Saturday, October 29, 2022.

Austin Playhouse has announced that long-time company member and recently appointed Associate Artistic Director, Ben Wolfe, will direct the season opener: The (One-Act) Play that Goes Wrong by Henry Lewis, Henry Shields, and Jonathan Sayer playing November 18–December 18, 2022.

Just in time for the witching season, Hammer Theatre Center will present the renowned troupe Actors From The London Stage, performing Shakespeare’s chilling tale of power, envy, and ambition, Macbeth. Hammer Theatre Center will present on its mainstage the National Theatre Live screening of Frankenstein.

Brion’s creative work has included film scores for Lady Bird, Punch Drunk Love and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, to collaborations with Aimee Mann, Fiona Apple, Kanye West, Mac Miller and more. The 11-track collection — which includes co-writes with Aimee Mann, Grant Lee Philips and Jeff McGregor and a cover of Cheap Trick’s “Voices.”

Between 1978 and 1991, Jeffrey Dahmer gruesomely took the lives of seventeen innocent victims. The series stars Evan Peters (Jeffrey Dahmer), Richard Jenkins (Lionel Dahmer), Molly Ringwald (Shari Dahmer), Michael Learned (Catherine Dahmer), and Niecy Nash (Glenda Cleveland). The John W. Engeman Theater is presenting MYSTIC PIZZA - A New Musical, running through Sunday, October 30, 2022. Based on the classic 1988 movie starring Julia Roberts, MYSTIC PIZZA charts the lives and loves of three unforgettable waitresses in the harbor town of Mystic, CT. Written by Joel Kim Booster, FIRE ISLAND features an ensemble cast of Booster, Bowen Yang, Conrad Ricamora, James Scully, Matt Rogers, Tomás Matos, Torian Miller, Nick Adams, Zane Phillips, and Margaret Cho. Nominations for the Gotham Awards will be announced live on Tuesday, October 25, 2022.

For the first time, Miller Auditorium and The Kalamazoo Kittens bring drag brunch to Miller Auditorium's stage.  Join Monique Madison, Alexa Vogel, Amira Spade, Velma Violet, Betty J Madison and Reba Rose Rau as The Kittens take to the stage to celebrate HAIRSPRAY, coming to Miller, November 4-5.  They will be performing some of your favorites from the show, as well as many other numbers.

Last night, history was made by the young Colombian global artist and phenomenon, Manuel Turizo, along with the iconic British rock band, Coldplay, in Bogota, Colombia, where Turizo was invited as a surprise to sing his international top-charting hit, “La Bachata” at Coldplay’s SOLD OUT show.

IU Theatre & Dance will open its epic 2022/2023 theater season with Brandon Jacobs-Jenkins' Everybody, a modern riff on the fifteenth century morality play, Everyman. The production will run Sept 30–Oct 8 Tues–Sat at 7:30pm.
