Avey Tare, the solo project of Animal Collective’s Dave Portner, shares his new single “Invisible Darlings” ahead of the release of his fourth album 7s this Friday. The track comes via a video directed by Abby Portner. Avey Tare will tour 7s across North America this spring, kicking off March 23 in Asheville.

Opera Saratoga Names New General And Artistic Director Mary Birnbaum

Opera Saratoga's board of directors has announced that Mary Birnbaum has been named the company's new general and artistic director. She succeeds former General and Artistic Director Lawrence Edelson, whose eight year tenure concluded at the end of the 2022 season. Birnbaum is the tenth general director in the Opera Saratoga's celebrated history.

Art 4 Announces Cast of GODSPELL

Complete casting has been announced as rehearsals begin for the new production of Art 4's Godspell starring Laurisa LeSure and Zachary Wilkeson, directed and choreographed by Mark Albin and music direction by Dr. Aaron Albin, with music and new lyrics by four-time Grammy winner, and Golden Globe winner Stephen Schwartz, and book by John-Michael Tebelak.
