Today, July 28th, there will be a first-look reading of 'David and Goliath' by Ricky Dunlop at the Midtown International Theatre Festival. The reading will star three-time Drama Desk nominee Nancy Anderson* ('Sunset Boulevard,' 'The Fourth Messenger' at NYMF 2017), Michael Lorz* (Gotham, upcoming 'Charm' at MCC), Washington Kirk* (Divorce, The Breaks), Pamela Bob* ('A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder,' 'Hand to God') under the direction of Dunlop.

Collaborators Trevor Bachman (The Nomad at The Flea Theater, Pyre Cantata at HERE Arts Center), Jonathan Sokolow (Bravo, Story Pirates), and Joshua Brown (Funny or Die, Night of the Living Beanie Babies) are at it again with an updated version of their new musical, IN REAL LIFE, presented this time at Theatre for a New Audience's Polonsky Shakespeare Center at 262 Ashland Pl on Tuesday, November 3rd. This is the second phase in the development of the piece, coming out of a successful reading at Tisch School of the Arts in late-May 2015. Producers, Zachary Infante (TFANA) and Sydney Blaxill (The Flea Theater), have organized a closed reading to present the new draft to designers and collaborators.
