On Friday, July 28th, there will be a first-look reading of "David and Goliath" by Ricky Dunlop at the Midtown International Theatre Festival. The reading will star three-time Drama Desk nominee Nancy Anderson* ("Sunset Boulevard," "The Fourth Messenger" at NYMF 2017), Michael Lorz* (Gotham, upcoming "Charm" at MCC), Washington Kirk* (Divorce, The Breaks), Pamela Bob* ("A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder," "Hand to God") under the direction of Dunlop.

This over-the-top comedy follows Academy Award-winning actress Amelia Hall (played by Anderson) - a paranoid, self-medicating divorcee - who has accidentally put herself back on the market. As she attempts to date, she tries to survive backstabbing Hollywood with the help of her fabulous assistant Nicholas (played by Lorz).

Dunlop also conceived and co-created the live comedy show "Missed Connections: An Exploration into the Online Postings of Desperate Romantics" which featured comedy legend Gilbert Gottfried in 2016.
