Productions of Hadestown will open in Amsterdam, Netherlands at the Royal Theater Carré and in Melbourne, Australia at the Her Majesty’s Theatre in Spring 2025.

Seen by three million, streamed by over 350 million and adored by fans all around the world, singer-songwriter Anaïs Mitchell’s acclaimed West End and Broadway musical phenomenon Hadestown will premiere in Melbourne at the Her Majesty’s Theatre in May 2025.

The West End production of Hadestown seems to be getting a cast recording soon! A recent post was shared to the production's official Instagram account, teasing the album. The video features comments from fans of the show asking about a cast recording, which ends with the text 'Wait for it. It's coming.' 

Hadestown, the winner of eight 2019 Tony Awards including Best New Musical and the 2020 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album, will return to San Diego this Fall.

New casting has been announced for the West End production of multi award-winning Hadestown at the Lyric Theatre, London.

Following its first successful tour, a new tour of Hadestown will launch this October. Over 40 dates have been announced at this time, with performances beginning October 3, 2024, at the Palace Theatre in Waterbury, CT. Learn more about the cast here!
